At CEAI Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes situations may change. Below is our refund policy for all video purchases and services offered by CEAI Academy.


Refund Eligibility


Refund requests are only eligible under the following conditions:

  • The video or course has not been accessed within the 48-hour validity period.
  • If there is an issue with the video quality or content delivery, and it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame.

Non-Refundable Items


The following are non-refundable:

  • Purchased videos once they have been accessed.
  • Any video after the 48-hour validity period has expired.
  • Membership fees and other subscription-based services.

How to Request a Refund


If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions mentioned above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. To initiate the refund process, follow these steps:

  2. Provide the purchase details, including the video name, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with the outcome of your request.

Refund Processing


If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
